We had Scott come out and complete an inspection for a home we are purchasing. Scott was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. He was extremely thorough with his inspection. We appreciate Scott walking through the house with us once he completed his inspection to point out items that needed addressed, he prioritized safety items over superficial cosmetic issues, but he did still brought those items to our attention. While completing the walk through we had tons of questions about what he was showing us, and Scott answered them in easy terms so that we truly understood what he was showing us.
Our Broker recommended Vango inspections for this step, and we are glad that he did. He has worked with Vango before and never had a bad experience. We received the written report the same evening as our inspection which allowed us to stay on track with our deadlines and make the needed decisions if we needed specialists to come out (i.e HVAC). It’s difficult to know who to trust when you are investing in a home, and you want to make sure it is being delivered to you in a safe and great condition.  Scott made the inspection process so smooth!  It is clear he is an expert in house codes and he easily spotted things that I would have never noticed.  I had two inspections from Vango during the building process, and both reports were delivered to me quickly and virtually, with detailed pictures of all the recommendations. He even called us to walk through our first report. Troy just did our final walkthrough inspection and we were so impressed.
